Charlène and Antoine, the Golden Mission’s Energy Reporters, whose goal was to increase awareness of GDF SUEZ’s businesses discovered the Group’s social programs through CODEGAZ’s actions in India. Thanks to their capacity to look outside themselves, their command of technological tools and their empathy, these two young people were able to discover how the Indian population lives.

Since 2007, within the framework of the aid development program alongside GDF SUEZ’s industrial investments in India, Codegaz has been helping to improve the living conditions of city residents in Luvara, Bharuch, Dahej and Delhi.

After the terrible natural catastrophe that hit Haiti on January 12, 2010, CODEGAZ intervened to assist the affected populations.

For the last two years, this assistance has been carried out thanks to the concerted efforts of numerous GDF SUEZ Group employees, the joint funding of several Group business lines and entities and/or other NGOs, and with the support of their volunteer workers.

In the first place, in order to respond to the emergency, medical equipment and supplies were sent by container for local distribution.
